Its off Dr Susan Loves website - think American but worth asking
I guess, I know che che on this website is doing a triple neg trial
and another member from NZ is on the same trial, so they are happening here too.

Dx 3 Jan 2007, 4x3x3 cm IDC and 2 other tumours 1.5cm each, 6/19+ nodes, ER-, PR-, HER2+, 4 AC, 12 weekly Taxol + herceptin, 30ish rads, Herceptin finished May 08, currently watching a lung nodule.

It's a good site Janette and one I had not been to before.

None of my results mention Comedo necrosis or cribriform type with calcification, just the IDC and DCIS. Interestingly although the bc was officially graded 2 it mentions areas of grade 3 and stage 2 overall.

Buggar though, they do mention lymphovascular invasion. Not good. Oh well, I refuse to go looking for trouble, it will find me in plenty of time if it has a mind to so do.

CFEM Trial 5 years Arimidex, 5 year SOLE trial Femara
Dx Aug 2016 neuroendocrine cancer in pancreas, mets to liver, abdominal nodes, hip, skull, scalp and breast.

Comedo necrosis is the cells dying off quickly as I understand it.

Sorry Nav, didn't want to confuse anyone. The formatting is crook. I didn't want to post the link because some of the information on the same page is a little confronting and I don't know how accurate and updated it is.

What people need to remember is that cancer by it's very nature is usually grade 3 according to what I have read and seems to be the case looking at dxs.

here is another one - going googling

I also had DCIS 5cm in total

first op.. was the IDC and extensive high grade ductal carcinoma in situ of cribriform type with calcification.

re- excision.. DCIS cribriform type with associated comedo necrosis and occasional microcalcifications.

Hmmmm lots big words for a sunday night :ouch:
