This might be interesting for anyone with lots of painful bone mets. It seems to be quite effective in relieving pain, used when there are too many sites for rads, but it has some effect on bone marrow.
There are two options:
1. Samarium-153 (Quadramet)
2. Strontium-89 (Metastron) I believe this is only used in Aus when quadramet is unavailable. It is not covered by Medicare and can therefore be expensive unless approved for an Act of Grace payment.
