It isn't a burden at all. It does need to be fixed, if possible, I hope to get a professional to take a look at that as well as the drop in hits, I'm not sure how long it will take though, busy time of year for everyone.

Janette I am sooo sorry to burden you further with this but its not just me Ive discovered so perhaps it needs to be looked at in view of the fact that the forum is losing patronage which maybe because of this. I do hope it doesn't cause you more headaches as you certainly have had a difficult time with this over this year. Ihope you find a solution with minimal disruption and stress to you. Thankyou.

I have the 2 box problem too despite lowering my java to medium. Didn't want to add to the server probs so been putting up with it.

That is a huge drop.

The site still comes high up on google when searching for breast cancer forum australia, which is how I originally landed here.

I know we discussed the java message but I wonder how many others are being affected by it? I know of a couple more but haven't seen anyone else posting about it. It is annoying enough for determined people let alone new people having to click "allow" constantly.

Just to let you know I think we might have a reason we have been so quiet. We dropped from 20,000 hits a month consistently to 2000 consistently in July and onward when we changed servers. Something else to sort out.
