My Mum

Mum started her 3rd lot of chemo 2 weeks ago,so far so good.they have mum on xeloda and she takes 6 tablets a day (3 of a morning 3 at night) for 14 days and then stops for 7 days and then starts the cycle again..Mum has said they don't make her feel as tired and worn out as the last two so all we can hope for is that these help keep the tumour down.1 thing mum is happy about is the fact that this chemo doesn't affect her hair which has already started to grow back..Mum thinks she over did it yesterday though as she felt really good and was out mowing the lawn and pretty much being herself like she was before she was diagnosed.
