I had reconstructive surgery in Vitoria. It was about a 16 month wait from memory.it was worth the wait. Each stage will be different Sorry

DX OCT 08, 9mm Her2+ grade 3 tumour and DCIS. Nodes clear, wide local incision, unclear margins so LB mastectomy, chemo Taxotere Carboplatin Herceptin Tram Flap Nov 2011

Sorry can't help with SA but was around about a year in NSW but depends on the surgeon.
