I have read it and am hoping I can make it to there, bit hard with the sprouts though...

i can understand why you wouldn't be going, but it seems like no-one else has even read the post. it could be helpful for some girls as it seems to be an on going problem with many. :hi5:

FREE WORKSHOP - ALL WELCOME

"How to manage weight gain/body fat gain and/or sexuality difficulties after cancer treatment"

This interactive workshop session includes information and evidence on:


> Weight gain and body fat gain after cancer treatment and
> Sexuality difficulties after a cancer diagnosis


Facilitator : Hope Alexander ( Masters/ Public Health)

Consultant & health educator
Former lecturer in New Opportunities for Women

Participating in this workshop will give hope and encouragement to women who
experience these difficulties. Women will be better able to manage and overcome
(as Hope has done) some of the side effects associated with cancer treatments.

The workshop will be an information and awareness - raising event.
It will not involve any sort of healing, therapy, product etc.

Handouts will be available
