Whats On at BreaCan Aug - Dec 2013

Postby Janette » Thu Jul 25, 2013 7:39 pm

Welcome to the What's On for the second half of 2013.

You’ll note that we’ve included our events for the rest of the year in this “What’s On”. As some of you may know, this is one of the many ways we are trying to cut costs to deal with our ongoing financial pressures. Further changes to the structure of BreaCan may be required if our formal fundraising strategy doesn’t reach intended targets in the coming months. Rest assured though, the wonderful diversity of information and activity sessions outlined in the new half yearly format will be undertaken so please get your bookings in for these sessions.

We’re going to be moving to SMS reminders for information sessions and trying out some other new technologies to help us reach more women in the coming months. You can help us out by providing your mobile phone number when you book.

Please note the date of our annual end of year morning tea in your diaries, as it gets so busy at that time of the year. We’re looking forward to seeing you all at this special 10th year morning tea, we’ll be proudly displaying the 10 Year Anniversary quilt.

Thanks for your support and we hope you find a session of interest for you, a family member, friend or person you are supporting.
