Caring four our personal energy

Thursday 16 May, 1.00pm - 2.30pm
Our energy is our greatest asset. It is important to manage this resource in order to maximise our well-being . Cancer treatments can significantly deplete our energy. When we have reached the point where we run out of energy we are no longer effective in our actions or able to take care of ourselves properly. Liz Crocker, Health Psychologist, will present a simple model that will enable us to understand the cycle of energy in our lives. Learn how we can put in place practical strategies to enable us to balance what we need to do with our capacity to do it. Use these strategies to plan ahead and have the energy for the things that you love to do. Request to attend this session
