gentle exercise program

thanks to b-mail (NSW BCI)

this is a program designed to benefit women who have recently been treated for breast cancer. the sessions will include some gentle cardio-vascular and strengthening exercises. the aim is to develop strength, mobility and flexibility.

Term 2 commences 29 april 2009, Wednesdays 11am - 12noon

Patients Activity Recreation Centre (PARCS)
