I believe there is a mod that will take the time directly from your pc setting which would be much better so I might install that one day.

Good luck with your job. I fill in for receptionist at work when she is at lunch or away. I love it....keeps you on your toes as our phone is pretty busy.

and now I have accepted a job for 3 weeks, 5 days a week 9.30 - 3.00 filling in at reception at DH 's business while perm' is on holidays. I havn't worked in 6 years and have never done reception, I was always the one at the other end of the call, so am very worried about my energy levels working 5 days straight. But they know my situation and if need be I can pull the pin. So after I got the all clear have commited to this and again am up EARLY stressing, gota get over it !
Just checked the clock is hour fast, so actually wasn't that late, must nearly be day light savings change again

I had my CT scan this morning also.
I am happy to say the needle went in ok, stung a bit but used to
that by now with no veins left like you say.
So, all in all it went well.
Now for the report! I find out in 1/2 hour 4.30pm
I am very nervous right now. I also had a pelvis xray
they can see more than the bone scan she told me.

It took them 20 mins to find a vein in my good arm, chemo has really done a number on the poor fellas.

Just wanted to add my two bob and say how wonderful this site is,
I just wish I would have known about it at the start of my chemo,
it just makes this journey that bit easier speaking to other ladies going
through the same thing and even meeting a friend who also attends the
same hospital as me ( Hi Kim ),
And Nav, I'm sure everyone will agree with me when I say that we will be
thinking of you next week when you have your scan,
stay positive and remember we are here for you
