Anxiety and Depression after cancer treatment “How do I cope with these unexpected feelings?”

Anxiety and depression are commonly experienced after cancer treatment has finished. Family and friends expect you to be happy that you have ‘survived’ but this is not always the case. Lives have been turned upside down and life as it was, is now not the same. Relationships are tested, friendships and marriages sometimes end. Amongst these and other reasons may leave the cancer survivor feeling anxious and depressed.
