Just got home from central markets with dd, dh and bestie Helen. Brunch at the foodhall (cold rolls and Mi soup - Yuummmm), before that we all cheered for dd at her weekly cirkidz session.
Quiet arvo, doing some washing, then sometime over the weekend going to go bowling - just for something completely different!
Danced with dd in the markets this am to a twosome called "Move that Chowder" - danceable blues - got their card and will give them a call - planning a birthday bas this year, which will coincide with the end of chemo and a couple of weeks before I start rads...not usually a big birthday party person, but this year I reckon I'm up for it.
Enjoy your weekends everyone!

WEEKEND & EVERYDAY CATCHUPS
Done the Auskick thing -
Interesting watching young boys and their concentration spans - new presents spread all over the house
I only finish setting up one and they are onto the next.
Mums about to pick them up and take them to the Museum then quiet night at home.
James party tomorrow (soccer and Cricket) at an Indoor Sports Centre
More presents to spread around the house
Maybe a few froffies in the afternoon with friends here after party.

Hi folks, it is cold and overcast here but we are going up to Adelaide. I will visit Mum and DH is going to a model steam railway open day. Having lunch in Rundle Mall first BECAUSE Priceline have Obsession perfume, 50ml for $38. That is the cheapest i have ever seen it and believe me i know my perfume. I am wearing a new outfit i bought during the week, takes me back to the 60s so i hope i don't look like mutton dressed up as lamb. Sunday going to a string quartet performing at Willunga. Close to home and i hope it is an indoor performance - with a fire.
I wish you all a wonderful - cosy and safe weekend. Enjoy

WEEKEND & EVERYDAY CATCHUPS
Ok...tried to edit my Long Weekend thread to just weekend but couldn't.
So thought I'd start another one.
What is everyone doing this weekend?
Its cold and foggy in Melbourne.....went to footy last night. It was so good I was moved to use one of those little Hawk things in my post.. Well its not really an emoticon is it nav?
Now off to the Casino..maybe Botanical Gardens afterwards for a stroll.
My BIL goes for Carlton...lucky he is a good sport. The guys behind us were Blues supporters and they were watching the rodeo on their video screens to keep them amused...lol..everyone was joking though which was good.
Hope everyone keeps warm.
