Dh took me to my first, just as we didnt know how I would react.
I then drove myself to and from every chemo after, didnt have a problem with driving.
Just shows how differently we all react.

Hi Bruce, my guess would be dry skin... I actually used an exfoliant on my scalp to remove dry skin (and was hoping it would clear the way for my new hair to come through faster :gappygrin: ) then I used nioxin shampoo constantly even though I was still bald. If you dont think its right, call her dr...

keep an eye on the purple ruth...don't want to scare you but that was the start of a little problem for me - went back to surgeon then and she covered them up totally again as too much air was getting to them.....took about a day and they started going pink again. rest up and keep warm don't hesitat...

Hi Ruth, I had a pain at the drain sites too.... a little while (about 10 - 14 days from memory)
after they were removed it came back again (just at the insertion sites) surgeon said that was very normal

Yep, I threw out so much food because it smelt off during chemo.... remember DH's horror when I cooked then binned the most beautiful steak...it stunk! DH said it was perfect. I also kept asking him if he could smell chemicals, it was my toxic hot flush sweat - I always thought my sheets smelt of ch...
