OMG...The latest one on this thread is from a lady who had a bi-lateral mast. In at 8am..home in her own bed by 5!!!!

Better woman than I am!

I'm sure I wouldn't have coped with that.

Janine....really delving back into the archives replying to this topic. But what have you done re your osteopoenia. My bone density scans are showing a little degeneration of the bone but other than taking calcium with vitamin D they didn't tell me to do anything else..oh and exercise. I must admit ...
