Well the weekend has come and gone, she didn't really want to go back on either Saturday or Sunday night, the kids & I were complimented on how clean the house was and she enjoyed the "home cooked food". All good things however come to an end and she returned to hospital on Sunday night very sad...

I have just the best news, Jan has been granted "gate leave" and she will be able to come home on Saturday for the day and if she is OK then she will also be able to come home for the day on Sunday. I have to have back at the hospital by around 7:30pm each day but the kids and I are just so exited. ...

One challenge accepted and (at least for the time being) won. She is having MRI scans tomorrow of her brain and bowel to clarify some issues that have developed...
