Hi Karen all the best for your treatment, as the girls have said shower before going to tx, I used Bio oil to rub on the area and washed in sorbolen I didnt use any thing else at all no deoderant and by using the sorb cream to wash in I didnt have any BO I had ve Dec/Jan 08 Cas
